Resolved Question: Alcohol overconsumption and groin pain?

Yesterday night I went out with my friends here in Rotterdam, and had a few drinks of Malt Liquor like I always do. I drank as I usually do, not more, and I got sick, so I threw up *seven* (yes, 7) times. Then after the seventh time I threw up, I started getting a weird pain in the groin area, and had trouble seeing. It really hurt, and I didn't know what to do, since it was a pain I've never experienced before.
